The following are terms and conditions for Timeless Treasures Keepsake Photography

Appointments, Session Fees and Reservation Fees

Studio and Location sessions are available by appointment only. Always call for availability.

A reservation fee of $50 for groups must be paid at the time your appointment is made. This guarantees your appointment, and the fee is nonrefundable. At the date of your session, your reservation fee becomes your SESSION fee. For groups of 4 OR LESS, the fee is $50, for groups of 5 OR MORE, the session fee is an additional $25.  As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a COMPLIMENTARY 8x10 wall portrait of your choice.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice. Your reservation fee is non-refundable for missed or no-show appointments.

Quotes for travel fees for anything beyond 30 miles of our Hamburg Studio are available upon request.

When the client accepts the proofs from their portrait session, they are agreeing that they are satisfied with their photographs. Once proofs are accepted by the client and portraits are purchased, no refunds will be issued unless there is a problem with the quality of the printing.

We accept cash, bank-certified checks, or Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PayPal.

Weddings

In order to secure your wedding date with our photographers, a retainer fee equal to 35% of the cost of your chosen package will be applied as a portion of the total retainer fee. This guarantees your wedding date and time.  The remaining portion of the retainer fee, 40% of your package price, will be due forty-five (45) days prior to your wedding date. The remaining balance is due NO LATER THAN 14 days before the event.

In the event of cancelation, retainer fees are nonrefundable, UNLESS we are able to fill your reserved date with another comparable event. All retainer fees paid will be applied directly to your portrait package upon final payment. (For example, $1250 Wedding package - $438.00  first part of retainer at 35%; $500 second part of retainer at 40%; remaining balance of $312 due 14 days before the event.)

Your photos will be available as follows:

1) A small portfolio of photos will be posted online in a Facebook Group within 7 days of your event (we will  give the direct link to you)

2) CD Proof album with ALL photos will be available within 21 days of your event

3) Photo Books and prints will be delivered within 30 days of final order being placed

We ask that you view and choose your photos in a timely manner. The faster you choose which photos are your favorite and you would like printed or in albums, the faster we can get them back to you! We ask that decisions are made within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your proof disk.

Because all images are part of a custom creation, full payment is due before orders will be placed.

An appointment to place orders will be scheduled at the time of portrait session. 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased through paypal or by calling the studio for information. This is a great way to give a gift - for the holidays, birthdays, baby showers, graduating senior, or even a bridal shower or wedding gift toward the wedding package or any wedding purchase.

The COPYRIGHT ACT protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies.

We reserve the right to use any and all photographs under Timeless Treasures Keepsake Photography copyright for website, marketing and advertising purposes, with no compensation to the subjects in the photos.
 It is ILLEGAL to copy , reproduce, or modify any image made by "Timeless Treasures Keepsake Photography" through the use of copy machines, scanners, email or any other graphic medium, without our permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
 We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us so that we may have the opportunity to serve you better.
